So many children recently have been struggling with diabetes.

 More children have been dealing with type 2 diabetes specifically.

 So many parents tend to overlook their children eating junk food.

 I mean a child can be seen eating lunchables daily at school and never drink water.

It is so ridiculous because the same parents that spoil their children with junk very rarely have them do physical activities or sports.

 A good balanced diet and joining active sports is so important for growing children.

( Sighs) so many parents think that being a parent should also mean being the child's best friend which means feeding them junk.

 It is so bad type 2 diabetes can really negatively impact children.

 Parents need to really get more of a grip on their children's food intake and how active they are

Plant based foods and foods in the vegan group are great for children to eat.

Parents can also have children cut carbs and sugar from their children's diet. Children should be drinking water regularly and control the portions of their meals.Parents need to help their children eat less sweets and can make some fun smoothies they would enjoy. Children tend to like helping cook in the kitchen. So if a child sees more healthy food being made they would be motivated to eat healthier. Children enjoy sports that include soccer, basketball, football, dance, gymnastics etc. The main thing children need is a balance of healthy eating and exercise to avoid type 2 diabetes.
